CTV Advertisement

For this concept, we iterated on a top performing social media ad and geared the elements and features towards the CTV platform. Since these ads are displayed with the sound on mainly, we included a voice over walking the viewer through the features of the product. We utilized a static CTA at the bottom of the screen with the company brand and a QR code ensuring brand awareness and to give the viewer ample time to scan the code.

GrocerTV Ad

This GrocerTV ad was displayed on small screens in a grocery store that people look at while they are waiting in line. We found that people did not notice the QR code if it was small, so we increased the size to bring attention to it which increased the number of app downloads.

Comic Book

In this concept, we showcase the product in an out-of-the-box way to increase app downloads.

VaporWave

Insights revealed that people who play the lottery also have an affinity to old school video games. We found that the vaporwave theme was trending and utilized this style to showcase this particular affinity.

Fast Food

Insights revealed that people who play the lottery have a love for fast food. In this concept, we tie the lottery to fast food by asking the viewer how many tacos they could buy if they won the lottery.

Ridiculous

The number one question asked of people who play the lottery is “What would you do if you won?”. We made this question more “thumb-stopping” by changing it to “What’s something ridiculous you’d buy after winning the lottery?”. This question begs for interaction in the comments section which also leads to higher viewer volume, growing the brand awareness.

Calling Lottery Lovers

Research shows that people download and use apps for convenience, and they will not make purchases in those apps unless that particular app can establish trust. In this concept, we use an eye-catching intro to draw in the viewer. We then utilize the convenience angle to further gain their attention. We end the ad by establishing credibility through real customer reviews.

Phone Spiral

After conducting research, we found that a mesmerizing intro was trending for social media ads. In this concept, we showcase this trend by utilizing a “Thumb-Stopping” intro to gain the viewers interest. Once we draw the viewer in, we establish credibility with a text overlay and feature multiple product screens. We then end the video with a promotion to increase app downloads.
